About me

My name is Tereza.
I have been living, studying & working in Prague for several years but I grew up in Pilsen and from an early age I love sports and nature.
When I finished high school in Pilsen, I moved to Prague, where I started studying physiotherapy. This field then took me to Olomouc, where I completed a follow-up master’s degree and then to Germany for a graduate internship. During my college life, I took every opportunity to travel and discover new places, and I kept this explorer spirit to this day. I also discovered yoga and I fell in love with it completely. Yoga now accompanies me in my life and makes me happier and healthier, both in body and soul.
I work as a physiotherapist, therapist of traditional Chinese medicine, and masseur in Yoga Karlín studio, in Prague 8. I teach yoga in yoga studios in Prague 8. I also teach anatomy to future yoga teachers and I organize courses focusing on pelvic floor muscles. In addition, I have studied Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is a pretty nice challenge for me. The combination of yoga, physiotherapy, and knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine makes a lot of sense to me and I enjoy very much sharing my discoveries, thoughts, knowledge, and experiences with you all.
Living in Prague brings me a lot of great opportunities, but sometimes I also like to escape from the city into nature.
