About me
My name is Tereza. I am 33 years old. I grew up in Pilsen and from an early age I love sports and nature.. As a teenager, I also dreamed of looking somewhere in the world and finding out how people live elsewhere. I started traveling around the world and discovering the beauty of other cultures, languages and customs. I finished high school in Pilsen and moved to Prague, where I started studying physiotherapy. This field subsequently led me to Olomouc, where I completed a follow-up master’s degree and then to Germany for a graduate internship. During my college life, I took every opportunity to travel and explore new places, and that has stayed with me to this day. I also discovered yoga and absolutely fell in love with it. Yoga now accompanies me in my life and makes me happier and healthier, both physically and mentally. I also studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and I must say I really enjoy this combination of yoga, physiotherapy, knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine, but also psychosomatics and my own life experiences and lessons. It creates a beautiful space and energy for me to live more in harmony, and not only me, but also everyone around me. I am happy to share my discoveries, thoughts, knowledge and experience and thus contribute to better mental, psychological and physical health of the people around me.
Now I live in Louňovice, in a quiet place 25 km outside of Prague. In Prague, I work at the Yoga Karlín studio, in Prague 8, where I offer individual services (physiotherapy, massages, Chinese medicine therapy & individual yoga lessons), which I have now decided to offer in Louňovice as well.
I also teach yoga, in different studios in Prague, and online. I also organize various workshops, retreats, pelvic floor courses and I generally try to contribute to a better awareness of the body and how to work with it.
I try to live a conscious life as much as possible, in harmony with everything inside and outside of me. I am constantly working on myself. I am keen on learning new things and I am happy to share my discoveries, joys, thoughts, knowledge and experiences with everyone around me.
