What is tuina?

Tuina is a Chinese therapeutic massage offering a wide range of options for influencing the health of the body and mind. It includes both manual techniques for affecting joints, muscles, and tendons, as well as subtle techniques for harmonizing and supporting the flow of qi (energy) in the deeper layers of the body and organs.

Within these massages, I use the knowledge of the theory and philosophy of Chinese medicine, Chinese diagnostics, and the system of energy pathways, which is necessary for the correct diagnosis and choice of method.

This type of massage is performed over clothes.
