Use the power of the spring season
We finally have beautiful spring weather here, when the days are longer, the sun is shining and everything is starting to bloom.
Spring is the beginning of the whole cycle of birth. Incoming energy that carries a new power.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, spring is associated with the wood element. With this element belong to the liver and gallbladder. Both of these organs are responsible for the smooth flow of energy and blood in the body, tension, and relaxation, for physical (joints, tendons, ligaments) and mental (anger, aggression) flexibility. During the spring season the yang element rises up in the human body. Qi rises up. It is important to respect these facts, adapt our behavior and diet to it.

It is important to take care of nutrition and supply the body with plenty of suitable, nutritious food. In principle, it is good to add all the spring vegetables to your diet, such as parsley, chives, leek, wild garlic, but also sauerkraut, pickles, radish, celery. Prepare vegetables for a shorter time, but on a higher temperature. Pick the fruits that have more sour taste.
With no doubts, the connection with nature and conscious work with your inner self is important.
